This Condition Grading Standards document forms part of Computey’s Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference. Terms defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here, including “Condition Grade.” It is referenced in Section 5.3 of the Terms of Service. Sellers must assign one of the following grades to each Listing. The grade assigned must accurately reflect the actual condition of the item at the time of listing.

Computey reserves the right to reclassify a Listing’s Condition Grade where it determines, on the basis of Buyer feedback, Dispute evidence, or Post-Sale Evidence, that the grade assigned by the Seller does not accurately reflect the item’s condition. Reclassification is recorded in the Seller’s User Health Record and constitutes a Tier 1 Warning for the purposes of Section 8 of the Terms of Service.
