These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Beatlix, a mobile game developed and published by AEM Labs Ltd (“AEM Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By downloading, installing or using Beatlix, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Beatlix.
1. Beatlix
Beatlix is an entertainment product provided by AEM Labs Ltd.
We may update, modify, improve or remove features, content, music, levels or other elements of Beatlix from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available permanently.
2. Licence to Use Beatlix
Subject to these Terms, AEM Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Beatlix for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
This licence does not transfer ownership of Beatlix or any intellectual property contained within it.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- copy, redistribute or commercially exploit Beatlix except where permitted by law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or services associated with Beatlix;
- use Beatlix to distribute malicious software or interfere with other systems;
- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unlawful purposes;
- impersonate AEM Labs or falsely claim an association with Beatlix; or
- use Beatlix in a manner that violates applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents activities that cannot legally be restricted, including rights granted under applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
Beatlix, including its software, game mechanics as protected by applicable law, graphics, branding, interface, original audio, text and other original content, is owned by or licensed to AEM Labs Ltd.
Third-party content, software, music, trademarks and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licence terms.
“Beatlix” and associated branding may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
5. Music and Audio
Beatlix may include music and audio supplied or licensed by third parties.
Your access to music through Beatlix does not grant you ownership of, or a separate licence to reproduce, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit, that music outside the game.
The availability of particular songs or audio content may change over time.
6. Advertising
Beatlix may display third-party advertisements.
Advertisements may be supplied through advertising and mediation providers such as Unity LevelPlay and participating advertising networks.
AEM Labs does not necessarily endorse products or services advertised by third parties.
Your interaction with a third-party advertisement, website, application or service may be governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
7. Availability and Updates
We aim to keep Beatlix available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Beatlix may be temporarily or permanently unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- technical problems;
- changes to operating systems or app stores;
- third-party service failures; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Updates may be required for continued use of the game.
8. Third-Party Services
Beatlix may rely upon third-party software, platforms, advertising networks or other services.
We are not responsible for the independent operation, availability or content of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
9. Disclaimer
Beatlix is provided for entertainment purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beatlix is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to those exceptions and to the extent permitted by law, AEM Labs will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to Beatlix where reasonably necessary, including where a user seriously violates these Terms, abuses the service, threatens its security, or where continued operation of the service is no longer reasonably possible.
You may stop using Beatlix at any time by uninstalling the application.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Beatlix, our services, legal requirements or business practices.
The latest Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply in the country where you live.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory legal rights available to you as a consumer.
